1) Mold: Carving a “Second Skin” for iPhone17

Every detail begins with the mold. For the iPhone17, Scorpify achieved a precision of ±0.3mm. The camera housing edges were treated like fine jewelry settings—no steps, no burrs, and almost invisible parting lines.

The signature RippleTech™ crystal wave structure isn’t an afterthought. It’s designed into the mold itself, delivering both dazzling light refraction and an internal cushion layer that achieves 3-meter drop protection.

2) Injection Molding: Where Crystal Clarity Meets Protection

RippleTech™ cases combine transparent TPU+PC materials. Through precise runner and vent designs, the material flows evenly, ensuring flawless wave formation.

  • Crystal-like clarity: Made with Bayer high-transparency 95 material (anti-yellowing grade 4.5) to maintain true-to-life color and lasting transparency.

  • Flawless surface: The resin coating must be mirror-smooth—no orange peel, no impurities. Air bubbles are limited to ≤2 within 4cm² and ≤0.2mm in diameter, kept away from visible spots.

3) Handcrafted Resin: Making Every Case Unique
