How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $39.

Are your cases MagSafe compatible?

Yes. Our MagSafe cases are designed for a secure magnetic connection with compatible chargers and accessories.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please contact support for assistance.

What if I ordered the wrong phone model?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we’ll do our best to update it. If it has shipped, we can help with an exchange.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and PayPal.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?

Tracking may take a few days to update after shipment, especially while the package is in transit between carriers.

I haven’t received a confirmation email — what should I do?

  2. Contact us at support@scorpify.com with your name and order information — we'll assist promptly.

How can I track my order?

Use the “Track Your Order” link in the footer or navigate to the “Track Your Order” page. Enter your order number and tracking ID to view real-time shipment status.

Can I exchange my case for a different model or design?

Yes — exchanges are accepted as long as the case is unused, with original packaging intact and exchanged within 30 days.

Can I modify my order?

If you need to modify your order, contact our Customer Service Team at support@scorpify.com as soon as possible. We process and ship orders very quickly. Once the order has imported to our fulfillment facility, we have no ability to modify an order. We will make every effort to stop the order if we are able to. do so.
