Each case is cut and set by hand from real New Zealand abalone shell laid over black, then sealed under a clear resin dome. The pattern never repeats — no two are alike.
MagSafe N52 magnets built in, hold tested to 8N — about 3.5x an iPhone's weight. 10 FT drop-tested with raised edges around the camera and screen.

The phone case is absolutely stunning! I bought the matching rotating ring and wish I had bought the matching AirPod case cover (my next purchase though! lol). Since I base a lot of my purchases on reviews, I’ll be honest about my experience (and don’t let this stop you from purchasing this gorgeous case!).
The MagSafe feature unfortunately didn’t work well on this particular phone case. The matching rotating ring came off very easily and the phone with the case on wouldn’t stay on the MagSafe car mount. I contacted Scorpify about returning the items and receiving a refund. They mentioned this batch of cases were a little thicker, and they made it right by refunding the price of the case. They offered to send me a new case from the next batch of cases with a stronger MagSafe when ready.
Since the matching rotating ring holder stuck well to other MagSafe phone cases, I decided to buy some black magnetic adhesive rings and put one on the outside of the phone case. It doesn’t look bad and it’s covered by the ring holder 95% of the time anyway. Despite the flaw, this has become my preferred phone case. I love it and it really is BEAUTIFUL.
I am very impressed with Scorpify’s customer service, their efforts to rectify the problem, and how quickly they processed the refund. They most certainly stand behind their products and care about customer retention. That is very important to me and I appreciate their customer service team.
